When I took over Fiskekrogen my goal was to create the best fish restaurant in Sweden. A place where you could socialize, with the quality of the products being the focal point. Now we have held that flag high for more than 18 years! Along with my team I always aim to introduce new flavors that completes our classic fish- and shellfish courses.

At the heart of our restaurant a new world has opened up. Here we combine classic traditional fish dishes with more innovative cooking. HOZE creates modern, nordic cuisine with influences from the Mediterranean and Japan. There’s no set menu at Bifångst. We choose from the finest ingredients of the day. The same year Lars Ahlström was born, Prinsgatan’s Fisk opened. His father’s popular fish shop, later became known simply as “Prinsens Fisk”. In honour of
his family Lars has now recreated his very own version of Prinsens Fisk. On beautiful marble surfaces the delicacies are laid out for you to choose from.
